Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/3 c. sherry or wine vinegar
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. water
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (6 oz.) pea pods
    rice (for 4)
Preparation
    Brown almonds and chicken.
    Mix sherry or wine vinegar with next 4 ingredients and add to chicken.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add pea pods.
    Serve over rice.
