Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Heat oil; add rice, mushrooms, onion and soy sauce.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add meat and egg.
    Stir and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    May substitute ham, shrimp, lean beef strips, etc.
