Mexican Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped instant onions
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 c. tomatoes (16 oz. can)
    1 c. buttermilk or sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. Season-All
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a deep heavy skillet; add onions and green pepper.
    Cook until onions are golden brown.
    Pour off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients; stir to moisten macaroni.
    Cover; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook 30 minutes.
