Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour and baking soda. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
