Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well, adding eggs, one at a time. Fill individual aluminum baking cups with 2 full tablespoons of mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients and put a tablespoon of mixture on top of each cake. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Makes 30 servings.
