Beef And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil leaves
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute onions, mushrooms and green peppers until tender.
    Add beef; brown.
    In large bowl, blend eggs, mayonnaise, milk, cheese and flour.
    Stir in meat mixture.
    Pour mixture evenly in crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
