Red Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, split
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Combine three ingredients. Pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
