Strawberry Shortcut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
2 1/4 c. frozen sliced strawberries
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9 inch metal pan.
Place marshmallows in bottom of pan.
Combine strawberries and gelatin and pour over marshmallows. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over gelatin mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
