Tasty Whipped Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. butternut or hubbard squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lite corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
    Place cut side down in shallow baking pans; add 1/2-inch water.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; scoop out pulp and discard shell.
