Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
vegetable oil
powdered sugar
syrup (optional)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and add eggs and milk; beating until smooth.
Heat 1/4-inch oil at 375\u00b0 in a skillet.
Cover bottom opening of a funnel with finger (funnel opening of at least 3/8-inch works best).
