Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen carrots
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook carrots, drain and mash.
    Combine all ingredients including mashed carrots in blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth.
    Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
