Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tall can salmon
4 saltine crackers
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs
Preparation

Put salmon in a mixing bowl and remove bones.
Add saltine crackers that have been crushed; add milk, baking powder and salt; mix.
Beat eggs and add to mixture; mix well.
Dot with butter on top of mixture that has been put into a casserole.
Place casserole in a pan with about 1-inch water as for custard.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until a knife comes out clean, about 1 hour.
