Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. flour
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook meat for 5 minutes; mix flour with 1/2 cup tomato juice. Stir into meat; add tomatoes, onions and spices.
Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain.
Grease 3-quart casserole. Layer noodles, meat mixture and sliced cheese.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
