Rice-Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 block butter
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
jalapeno to taste
1/2 c. or more grated cheese
Preparation

Mix corn and rice. Saute onion and bell pepper and add to corn and rice. Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese (grated) on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
