Mayo Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. (8oz. jar) Miracle Whip
1 c. water
