Mom'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, diced
    1 or 2 carrots, diced
    1 large yellow or white onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. orzo pasta
    6 c. water
    6 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2/3 to 1 c. frozen or leftover mixed vegetables
    1 c. turkey kielbasa
    several slices tomatoes
    other seasonings *
Preparation
    Cook in 6 cups water and add 6 teaspoons of chicken bouillon for 15 minutes.
    Then add perhaps 2/3 to a cup of whatever frozen or leftover mixed vegetables you have and continue cooking as you dice a cup of turkey kielbasa and add.
    Add several slices of tomatoes and at least a half cup of juice or sauce from tomatoes. *Add no salt, but use other seasonings such as Mrs. Dash, a dash of garlic powder and/or seasoned pepper to taste.
    You may want to add more water (add 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon of bouillon equally). Continue to simmer until done.
