Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, halved and pounded flat
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dip 1/2 chicken breast in beaten egg, then bread crumbs. Brown in a large skillet.
    Cover with sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
    Remove cover; sprinkle each breast with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and continue to heat until cheese melts.
    Serve over cooked pasta.
