Creamless Celery Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    6 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/16 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring broth to boil.
    Add celery, onion, potatoes, salt, seasoning and pepper.
    Simmer about 15 minutes, until tender.
    Place 1/3 in blender or food processor.
    Whirl until smooth.
    Repeat until remaining mixture is smooth.
    Return to saucepan; add milk.
    Heat until hot.
    Serve with croutons. Makes 10 cups.
