Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium even potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped (fresh or dried) herbs of your choice (parsley, chives, etc.)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Set potatoes in large spoon to cut into slices, but not all the way through.
    Potato should stay together. Put potatoes in baking dish.
    Spread open gently.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheeses melt and middle is soft.
