Pork Chops Braised In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    black pepper to taste
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    3/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Combine spices.
    Press mixture into both sides of each chop. Melt oil and margarine and brown chops.
    Add wine and simmer chops for 30 minutes.
    Remove chops to a heated platter.
    Boil pan drippings until reduced to a syrupy glaze.
    Pour sauce over chops and serve.
