Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. water or chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Add paprika.
    Season chicken and add to onions; mix well.
    Add water and tomato juice.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Remove chicken.
    Mix flour with water and add to gravy. Cook until it thickens.
    Mix a little of the gravy with sour cream and add to juice.
    Bring to boil and add chicken.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
