Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. ice water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/4 c. chopped cherries
Preparation
    Add boiling water to gelatin and stir.
    Set aside to cool. Add ice water and pineapple with juice.
    Chill until partly jelled.
    Add sour cream, cottage cheese, cherries and nuts.
    Chill until firm.
