Fried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. flour (set aside)
    2 eggs, beaten (set aside)
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix last 2 ingredients together and set aside.
    Roll sliced tomatoes in flour, then dip into egg, then into the crumbs and Parmesan cheese mix.
    Deep fry or pan-fry until lightly browned on both sides.
