Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (Ore-Ida in bag)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    bread crumbs (I use Total cornflakes)
Preparation
    Melt cheese.
    Mix all ingredients together in an 11 x 13-inch pan. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Cook, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover for 15 additional minutes.
