Double-Dipped Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (about 1 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Wash chicken and cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips, then cut strips into 1-inch pieces crosswise. Combine flour and salt in a Ziploc bag and shake to mix. Crush corn flakes into crumbs (can use a rolling pin between two pieces of waxed paper or a blender). Put crumbs into another Ziploc bag. Melt butter. Shake chicken in flour mixture a few at a time. Dip into melted butter. Put in corn flakes crumbs and shake to coat. Bake chicken on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve plain or with dipping sauce.
