Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 diced cooked potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat on low, butter, cheese and soup until cheese is melted. Add sour cream, chopped onion and salt.
Heat.
Put potatoes in baking dish and add cheese mixture.
Mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
