Grilled Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) boneless pork loin roast
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Using a sharp knife, make a cut down center of roast to within 1/2-inch of the other side (do not cut through).
    Open flat and place roast, cut side down, in a heavy-duty zip top plastic bag or a shallow dish. Add salad dressing.
    Seal or cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Remove from marinade.
    Grill 18 to 20 minutes.
