Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 small box lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    2 medium cucumbers, unpeeled and grated
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Mix in cottage cheese.
    Add all other ingredients and chill.
    Use 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan or medium size mold.
