Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 tsp. minced onions
    3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Wash peppers.
    Remove insides.
    Boil in water for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Brown beef and onions.
    Drain.
    Stir in paste, water, sauce, salt and powder.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in rice.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Stuff peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 26 minutes.
    Makes enough for six.
