Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in about 1 cup of water until tender (25 to 30 minutes).
    In a large skillet, melt margarine on medium heat. Stir in onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in flour and cook about 2 minutes. Add milk, salt, pepper and paprika; cook until sauce thickens.
    Pour potatoes in 2-quart casserole and pour sauce over potatoes; stir together gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with shredded Cheddar and bake for 10 minutes more.
