Lemon Fluff Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tall cans Evaporated Milk
2 boxes Lemon Gelatin
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
1 1/3 c. Sugar
5 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
Preparation

Chill milk at least 3 hours.
Dissolve gelatin in 3 cups hot water.
Chill until thickened, then beat until fluffy.
Fold in lemon juice and sugar.
Beat milk until thick and fold into gelatin mixture.
Sprinkle half the crumbs in two 13x9x2-inch pans; pour in gelatin and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
Chill until firm.
Cut in 12 squares.
Serves 24.
