Crab Salad Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. imitation crab
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spoon into cooked jumbo \"seashell\" pasta shells or spread on crackers.
