Chinese Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    In small bowl, blend sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and water.
    Add bouillon cube and pineapple; simmer until thick.
    Return chops to skillet.
    Simmer, covered, over low heat until chops are tender (30 to 45 minutes).
