Sopaipilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cooking oil
    sugar
    cinnamon
    honey
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast\tin
    warm
    water.
    Mix
    with oil, sugar, flour, egg and
    salt.
    Knead for several minutes and set aside until dough bubbles
    (about
    2
    hours).
    Roll
    flat
    and\tcut 1/2-inch squares and
    allow\tto rise for 1 hour.
    Drop squares into deep hot oil
    and
    cook\tto a golden brown, turning once. Drain and roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
    Serve with honey.
