Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for a single-crust pie
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. pineapple-orange juice
    2 c. fresh blackberries, divided
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry; trim and flute edges. Line pastry shell with double thickness of foil. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer.
