Blueberry Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. blueberries (reserve 2 c.)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Wash and drain berries thoroughly.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, water and 2 cups of berries in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thick.
    Add rest of berries and butter; mix well and cool.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Just before serving, top with whipped cream or ice cream.
