Frosted Apple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. apples, peeled and chopped fine
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Blend in vanilla and egg.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Allow to cool and spread with glaze.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
