Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth (2 bouillon cubes in 2 c. boiling water)
    2 c. whipping cream
    14 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    4 c. cooked cubed chicken
    2 (3 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in broth and cream.
    Heat to boiling, stirring.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Stir in spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms.
    Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
