Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, shaped in 1-inch balls
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. hot water
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    onion and sausage balls in skillet until onion is tender and
    sausage
    is lightly browned.\tDrain off fat.\tAdd mushrooms, rice,
    bouillon
    cubes
    and
    hot
    water.
    Heat
    to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add peas and pimiento. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
    Taste for seasonings.
