Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Combine first 3 ingredients and pat lightly into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
Cut into bars.
