Pork Torta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garlic
    lean pork, sliced into strips and pounded (if desired)
    4 French or crusty rolls, split
    refried beans
    sour cream
    lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, chilies, etc. (garnish)
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown garlic.
    Pan-fry pork strips well browned.
    Pick out bread from both sides of rolls to form troughs.
    Spread rolls with layer beans.
    Add pork and garnish.
