Good Plain Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes with or without skins until they are soft but not mushy (halved or whole).
Peel and cut up potatoes into cubes in a large bowl.
Add cut or sliced boiled eggs.
Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Be careful not to use too much mustard.
Mix well.
