Sunday Morning Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 pt. milk
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, sausage or ham
1 can drained mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Alternate bread, meat and cheese. Start and end with bread.
Beat eggs and salt.
Add milk to eggs, mixing together.
Pour egg mixture over meat, bread and cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
