Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients, which have been sifted, alternately with milk, stirring just enough to blend.
    Lastly, add nuts, which have been chopped fine.
    Put into greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Frost with your favorite frosting.
