Lemon-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 Tbsp. oil or melted margarine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove crushed garlic or dash of garlic powder
black pepper
Preparation

In bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper.
Arrange chicken in a shallow casserole or baking pan and pour over the lemon and oil mixture.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, about 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer to allow chicken to brown.
