Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-size can cream-style corn
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 3-quart greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
