Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. hot peppers, chopped
3/4 c. sweet peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo pectin
Preparation

Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar together in a pot; bring to a boil.
Turn off heat; add bottle of pectin.
Add green or red food coloring for color.
Pour into hot jars.
Let cool.
Good over cream cheese and with crackers.
