Hot Wings("Buffalo Wings") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 to 20 chicken wings
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 c. hot sauce (using more or less)
Preparation
    Cut wings at joints.
    Roll wings in flour, salt and pepper. Deep fry until brown.
    Keep hot.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add vinegar and hot sauce to taste.
    Put hot wings in a bowl and pour sauce over wings.
    Toss until wings are well coated with sauce.
