Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium green peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/3 c chopped onions
1 Tbsp fat
2 c of stewed tomatoes or 1 1 lb can
3/4 c pkg precooked rice
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 c shredded american cheese
Preparation

Cut out top of peppers and soak them in salt water beforehand.
Bake at 350 degrees.
