Sweet And Sour Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets, thawed
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bottled Indian River grapefruit juice
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper
1 medium tomato
Preparation

Arrange fish fillets in shallow 1-quart lightly oiled baking dish; set aside.
In skillet, cook green onion and garlic in oil until just tender.
Add water, grapefruit juice, corn syrup, cornstarch, ginger and salt.
Cook, stirring, until thickened and smooth.
Spoon over fish.
Top with green pepper and tomato. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish tests done.
Makes 4 servings, 157 calories per serving.
